Aaron Stacey Memorial Convoy

- On February 22, 2024 the trucking industry lost an amazing driver. Although I did not personally know Aaron, his impact on our industry is undeniable. With 156 trucks and hundreds more people in attendance we gave Aaron a send off anyone of us could only wish for. The convoy once all on the road stretched over 5 miles. Aaron not only impacted our trucking community but he was well loved in the local community as well. Aaron is survived by his daughters Jaylen and Jensen Stacey, his mother, Carroll Stacey, his brothers, Doug Stacey, Dick Stacey, Norm (Pam) Stacey, Rob Clark, Don (Kristin) Stacey, and Mike (Teresa) Stacey, nieces and nephews. We all strive to keep his legacy alive in the industry by extending kindness to our fellow driver as well as being passionate about the trucking industry.

Not being from the pacific northwest, I don't know who this person was, and video didn't say. But my, what a whole lot of beautiful trucks. It was like a truck show and it appeared they were all working trucks too. I feel sorry for the poor person who only had that ugly Volvo, but kudos for doing your part too.
Log trucker…..Passed away due to a brain aneurism.
I get it, had a best friend cousin trucker passed long before retirement time do cancer in brain. The first thing he noticed was having a problem backing up straight.

Thank you for memorializing this for our community. He meant a lot to many and will be missed incredibly deeply.

Hi dual good. Show. !!!! Sorry for. The. Guy. So. Young. To. Soon
Not being from the area and no real info in the video about Arron I found this -- Aaron Christopher Stacey, beloved dad, son, brother, and friend passed from this life on Thursday, Feb. 22, 2024, at the age of 46 after suffering from a brain aneurysm. Aaron was born on July 23, 1977 in Bellingham. Aaron grew up in Nooksack. Growing up, he spent his time playing sports for Nooksack High School, hunting, and learning all about trucking from his dad. After school, Aaron settled in the Skagit Valley (Burlington) area where he began his career driving truck. He started his log trucking career driving for Mike Hamilton, Pac Rim Forestry and Mike Hawkins. Aaron found his calling driving for Rob Graham Trucking where he worked for over 20 years. Throughout his years of driving, Aaron was always the first person to help out another driver whether they were new to the industry or just in a tough spot. He had many trucking friends all over the state. Aaron was an avid Deming Log Show contestant for over 20 years. He took great pride in polishing his truck to make it look its best and well known as one of the premier chrome and aluminum polishers. He earned many awards in events such as trailer backing, wrapper throwing, loggers relay and show and shine. If you camped in the log show campgrounds during the show you probably knew him.
He must have been a great man to know and have as a friend - RIP
That’s linked in the description
@@DauminiqueTheDumpTruckDriver When I click on the description I see the music but no link for Aaron's obit - that is why I posted what I did
Did you drive in this too?
I was there but not in my truck. It was still in the shop.
🥱 🥱
Did anyone get a count of how many trucks were in that convoy?
156
@@DauminiqueTheDumpTruckDriver That's a lot and it looked like even more
HOW MANY TRUCKS
Yeah Graveltrucking We try NOT to have our roads beat to shit like you folks do!
Where was the Donkey?
In the Oval Office.😢
Few nice looking old iron in there.Look like a good turnout on some sharp looking ride's.Great vidgid.thx.for sharing.taker easy and keeper safe
Video?
He didn't get a LAST RIDE from one of those truckers....
He led the convoy.
Good opening song.
The guy must have been well known that is a lot of trucks. You guys sure have some goofy logging trucks all those drop axles and still carry less weight than what our regular tridrive and triaxle pole trailer can carry they gross 130,000lbs. Usually they are over loaded so its more like 140,000lbs.
Not a goofy looking truck in the bunch! They all had a big heart in them.
It's not how much you can carry, but how much you are allowed per axle, you should know that. It's not a contest. RIP driver.
What happened to Dauminique no more videos or maybe she has to much money now she is on vacation in Dubai 😜
