I saw Lordi in Copenhagen 17/#-2024. Kind of a small venue, indors. Lordi played Hard Rock Halleluja as the last number! We might have been 500 people there, but it sounded like we blew of the roof! EPIC! ^^ 🤘🤘🤘
I imagine them all just smiling underneath their masks! Especially when the guitarist went down towards the crowd, he just seemed happy! I'm kinda sad I missed this, but I just wasn't feeling well that day :( Summer Breeze still is the best festival ever

Keyboard woman and background vocalist was Lady Awa but she left the band in 2012
On the albums it was the ex-drummer who used to do the backing vocals, but as he couldn't play and sing live they use a backing track, on eurovision all vocals must be live, that's why the ex-keyboardist and an additional kiss disguised guy sung. They did their first show of 2015 with 2 girls doing backing vocals live, but the idea didn't fit and didn't do it anymore
I think the problem is more on the tech part at this gig. I can't really hear other guys singing either. I've listened their other live shows and they rarely have this problem.

met amen after a show in nottingham in 2013. it was late and cold so he offered us a shot of jack daniel's, we had a little chat and i learned a word of finnish "kippis" (cheers!). good memories.

His voice ain't what it used to be, and the sound could have been better, but otherwise? Still a great song to scream along with anyway! How cool was that, that Amen ran down to the front row to make friends and pose for pics, and even gave that one girl a big old hug? That's showmanship and connecting with fans for you. That was awesome, I thought.

They did a few years back but only hit major markets and didn't go well. They do double the business in Europe and Asian countries then they would in the states mainly because Americans, unless you know them, don't know them
