Leuchtturm and Moleskine book sell a planner notebook, which is heavily similar to the hobonichi weeks you have. I wonder if you'd like that more cause of the size?
I love what you did with the Weeks! That layout might work for me. I like the size of the weeks more than the A5 option. Thanks, love how creatively you approached this.
That weeks layout, with the washi tape is GORGEOUS!!! Well done!! I also had a mid-year funk and almost turned the cousin into a rings. I added tabs to it to see how it looked (never used them before) and it worked! Maybe what’s needed is some new shiny object on the planner 😝
I totally relate-- sometimes just a refresh is needed, not a whole new planner!! I just need to remind myself of this before browsing planners sometimes lol
Am not having planner peace. I’ve bullet journaled for years. End of last year was a bad/stressful time so decided to go with a pre printed planner to make life easier this year. Started with a hobonichi weeks. Decided I wasn’t happy with that. Ordered the spring start cousin. Been doing sort of okay keeping up with that. But feeling guilty at buying the weeks and not using it. Restarted trying to use the weeks part way through last week. Unsure how to justify using two planners. Copying the same stuff into two planners seems kind of pointless. Got sucked into buying a moleskine daily pocket planner for 2023 which should show up this week. Not entirely sure I’ll be happy with that. Now thinking about getting a 2023 weeks. Just not happy with my wasting money this year and not entirely happy with what I want to do next year either
i totally understand this and am guilty of it too! as long as I am still spending within my means I just try to not let the unused planner pages go to waste (using as scratch paper, pen tests, preplanning, etc.) and try to really analyze what did and didnt work with each layout so I can try not to make the same mistake in the future! good luck with your 2023 lineup!!
@@nic.lol.eplans Thank you. I like the idea of using the moleskine next year. It’s small(pocket sized) so it won’t be so stressful trying to fill up a page with not much going on and have a separate journal for if I want to do longer entries.

I like the right page layout spread in the weeks 👏
