Have you heard of "Dark Souls: Archthrones"? A DS3 mod that combines Demon's Souls, Dark Souls 1, 2, 3, Bloodborne and Elden Ring. May be worth looking into.
I was a curve sword build the first time I fought this boss. The time he changed into curvesword I immediately realized that we were fighting ourselves. The countless players who once inherited the flame in the past. The name "Souul of Cinder" should be plural as Cinders but I'm afraid it gives away too quick if so. But still, it's so beautiful.

Soul of cinder is easy when you are overleveled, he can also heal himself and parry you. In the convergence mod he is a nightmare much harder with a huge moveset

I think you should play Demon's Souls before making a list, then you can make one with every single Souls game boss (although it would be an even bigger list). I think there's also a lot of references across the games that actually started with Demon's, that would be interesting to see your reaction to after playing the games in another order.
Well, I'm glad I'm not the only one... The first time I played this, when Gwyn's theme hit I got so emotional I couldn't focus on the fight anymore and died. XD It's not so much that Soul of Cinder is easy, but the DLC bosses are significantly harder. So SoC might seem easy for a final boss if you do the DLCs first. There are a couple of bosses in the game that people say are easy, but I always struggle with them. This is one, and also Crystal Sage and Deacons of the Deep.

You may not be aware, but I think there is a campaign running from June 1 to June 15 called "Return to Lothric" So, if you're not ready to leave DS3, you can keep playing for the next two weeks as it's likely to be more active with other players Maybe NG+ or a fresh character using dex build, or a pyromancer/sorceror? Or pvp, etc. It left a void for me, so I replayed 5 other builds, lol. Its a truly great game

However weak it may be (with a +4 weapon), Soul of cinder represent all the linking of the fire, he can wield the coiled sword of the bonfire, and he can use all the weapon and spells and you had it before your eyes the whole time, in the box cover of the game and even in the intro cutscene. Among all the fighting styles he uses, perhaps there was also one of your style from the mmeiru of DS1 ,or DS2 or both who knows? Even the first link made by Gwyn, how did you feel to hear those notes again? by the way...GG Lord of Hollows you finished DS3 it was a great journey and I have enjoyed all of this since your first step in Lothric.😊\[T]/

Im glad they did away with the instant launch into NG+ of DS1 and Demon Souls lol and let you initiate from the bonfire whenever you want like in DS2
