Hey friends! My Go-To recipe for pancakes has an equal amount of flour to milk ratio.
This recipe is as follows...
Pancake Cake:
2 1/2 cups flour
3T baking powder
1/3 cup sugar
pinch salt
2 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla
Bake in a 350F oven for about 20 minutes, maybe 30 depending on whether you use a 9x13 or a 11x17. Check for doneness with a tooth pick that comes out clean when put into the pancake.
