This is amazing! I was enjoying it so much, considering that often I get bored watching 6 minutes acro in YT. Exept one pose/flow moment, I've only seen VERY orginal stuff. It is amazing and you guys are so advaced. Big example for me! 🤩

Awesome flow! I enjoyed learning this at the Montreal AcroYoga teacher training this July with Heidi and Jill. I couldn't pull it off near as gracefully as those two lovely acro yogis, but that's certainly no fault to their great teaching style.
