I've had this desk for 3 years now and thought something had gone bad. I tried unplugging from the wall and plugging it back in and that didn't work. I found this video after a quick google search and my desk is working perfectly again! Thank you for saving my husband some honey-do time!

Daneal: YOU. ARE. THE. MAN! I actually went out and bought another (ok, bigger) desk with the plan that I would take apart the motor on my "broken" Tresanti desk. I've been out there farting around in the garage with it. Finally, I was smart enough to find your video. This fixed it exactly as you said it would. I've got about 57 other things that are "broken". For others who might be having this issue, mine started with the "E3" code for "motor is not powered" even though my unit was powered and securely connected. Something was out of whack and Daneal's vid remedied the problem. Thank you.

Mr. Lanier, you rock! I tried a few things and gave up. I bought a new desk but then a friend said why not try youtube videos. After watching this one, I reset the sensor as you described and cancelled my new desk order. Saved me money! Thank you, sir!
Thank you for the video, it solves my rising problem. Actually after 1 year's use, I don't recommend this desk anymore for reasons: 1 it is just too small, after putting monitor, keyboard, mouse, laptop stand, there is not much room left 2 there is a beam right under the desk that influence your feet 3 everytime you rise up or low down the desk, during the moving, the electricity disconnects from the USB ports. If you have your phone or whatever device charging there, they got charge and discharge which may degrade your battery life

Thank you! That was so easy! One thing to note (and maybe it was stated in the video but I missed it) you have to have the desk at the "bot" position when you unplug it.
