Gold Things Come in Threes

This beautiful Sunday started at a small park on the west side of Phoenix. No more than 30 minutes into the hunt Danny scored a gold chain that was buried except for an inch sticking out of the ground. We tested it, it’s real. So is the ring that I found.
We spent another 2 hours picking up whatever we could find and then headed out to the park where Danny spent 30,000 steps over 7 hours digging up 22 wheaties yesterday. Our goal was to find more wheaties: We did! A semi-key date 💰1916 S and a 1952 D plus we picked up a silver ring.
Add a 1942 nickel, a squished penny, some bling jewelry and over $15 in change. It was an amazing treasure hunt with real treasure.
