Saw this show last year. Had a person next to me who had never seen Hocus Pocus. I almost told them blasphemy! It's a cult classic, and has great humor. But you can still enjoy this show regardless, but if you're not a fan it won't have the same vibes. Esp when everyone sings along to "Put a spell on you".

Unfortunately I've never seen the show in person, but would love to it's the problem I can't afford going to Florida. I wish they were in California the Sanderson Sisters and OOGIE BOOGIE!!!😍😭😍The Entire show is PHENOMENAL!!😍😍😍😍I agree if it had Scar,Mother Gothel,and Frollo it would have every iconic villian, but it's still an amazing show now!!😍😍😍

I have seen the show 8 times since the 2015 party and I have loved it every time! I’m looking forward to see it again soon! I actually know the person who has played Mary for the past 2 years and she works at another show at WDW which I know her from. She is fantastic and so kind! She seems to love playing the role of Mary!
It seems like such a fun role to play. Also the actress playing Winifred is another well known cast member who’s friends with Dory at Animal Kingdom!

My absolute favorite Disney Parks stage show ever. The cast members they have playing the Sanderson Sisters are top notch!!! The show was great when it started and it has just gotten better each year.

I love that Hades, Captain Hook, and Jafar had face molds instead of the usual large, non-speaking character masks. Is it just me, or should they do this for when the characters are in the parks as well, and have them actually speak?
I like that Thackery Binx narrates the beginning and the end of the party.
I love Binx and his voice SO MUCH!!
I wonder if Sean Murray recorded it. He did play Binx in the film before joining NCIS.

I wonder what Maleficent's incantations would be if Scar, Ursula, Frollo, Gaston, Governor Ratcliffe, the Queen of Hearts, Shan Yu, the Sherriff of Nottingham, and just for fun, Darth Vader and Thanos were invited. I know it's too much, and Scar, being a quadruped, who be tricky to pull off as a walkaround character, but it's still fun to imagine it. ^^
I was thinking they could do some kind of projection on the castle for scar and Ursula. With Scar, you could have the hyenas on stage, since they walk around during the parade.
That could work. ^^
John Krejsa Frollo, Gaston, and Ratcliffe in-universe would not be invited. Gaston would be harassing one too many witches and get zapped, and both Ratcliffe and Frollo would be trying to get them hung or burnt at the stake.

My favourite parts of this video of the show is the sanderson sisters from Hocus Pocus which is one of my favourite films of all time.

This stage show for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is always my favorite cause Hocus Pocus is my absolutely my favorite Halloween movie ever! The 2015 version was much better. ☺

I'm not sure if Sarah's hair is that different. She has two hairstyles in this video, the loose bang and the tucked in bang. And the tucked in bang returns every time. Pretty sure the (awfully pretty) loose bang is a mistake.

They changed the look of Captain Hook and jafar right? Im not going crazy?
Yep, they are using facial molds on the face to give more of a human like appearance. Captain hook use to have a head similar to the non face characters. If you look at Hades, he also has it. Hades, Jafar and hook all have similar molds.

Dr. Facilier is a really good dancer and fits the character. His big white smile is seen from afar. And the song "I put a spell on you" is really the best. It wakes me up

I am a huuuge disney fan, and i have been since i was little. I have never been to disney just because at the current time i can’t afford to. Just being able to watch the show was amazing, even though i didn’t experience it first hand. So thank you!

I saw the show last year on November 1, 2017 on last night and the whole show was amazing and very well done. My favorite was when all of the Disney Villains showed up and danced to "I Put A Spell On You."

Are the sisters live voicing this, or was this pre recorded? They sound spot on to the real sisters if they’re truly the ones speaking! (Well.. slightly different, but darn close!) (Also, to be clear, I can tell for sure they’re not the original actresses like Bette Midler, I’m just curious if they had one set of “sisters” that really worked well one year and they’ve recycled their voices ever since). I know the Doctor had to have been pre recorded from clips of the movie, surely. I just wasn’t sure if it was different actresses doing the voices every year. They’re quite good! Loved the show.
Winnifred, Mary & Sarah are all speaking and singing live in the show, and yes they’re excellent performers!! Anyone else with a speaking/singing role in the show is prerecorded like Dr.Facillier & Maleficent!
you can really hear a change when they are singing I put a spell on you. I wouldn't be surprised if everything is pre recorded until that pert. :P
Yeah Im sure its prerecorded since in the last note of the song winnifed messes up when shes supposed to hold the long note 21:23
I'm pretty sure they're performing live cuz I just saw this live last night and Sarah sounded completely different singing "Come Little Children" than she does here or when I went last year
I like Lady Tremaine’s outfit better this year than last years. Looks more realistic than a Halloween costume like last year’s looked. Could just be me, but they definitely added a lot more to this years Hocus Pocus special.

Great video and show, I have to bring this to the attention of my sister since she loves the movie Hocus Pocus.
MALEFICENT is my fave villain though the three Sisters from Hocus Pocus are my faves too, Jafar is just awesome. Dr Facilier is cool though I just wish his cane was like the one from the movie Princess and the Frog as it would tie in a lot more. Scar is missing big time even though he is a VILLAIN though I don't know how they are going to get someone to play him. Also I have a niece and I have been wanting to go to see this LIVE and get a bunch of Halloween stuff for here and her school too, though I would do up those Candy Buckets and Candy Bags with everything from Disney like pin set's and such so no one can complain about not getting a set

I was lucky enough to have my trip coincide with the first day of the Halloween party this year and I was able to see the show in person and let me tell you that is is one of the most magical stage shows I have seen at Disney. Try to go see it at least once in person if you can.

It be so cool if they put her up on the place shadow man was. Had her costume glow like boogieman, like her eight legs but her human legs all black. You know what I mean, like what is used when the Muppets appear live, their muppeteer is dressed in all black. If Ursula had her bottom half all black and glow up foam or robotic legs.
@@disneyqueen6319I actually developed a cosplay that I want to premiere at a con that has the actor's leg as two tentacles and the other four are robotic that move independently. In a scene from the movie, we do see move two of her tentacles like legs so it could be pulled off.

I LOVE the Sanderson sisters & the song I put a spell on you! The movie is my favorite at Halloween! I wish I lived in Florida & not California during Halloweentime cause I would LOVE to see it live. I’ve only seen it via RUclips. It makes me nostalgic cause I loved this movie growing up. This show is amazing & honestly, more entertaining than the ones at Disneyland. I wish we had a show this spectacular & fun! I still like Disneyland anyway though.
