How to Make a Crispy Salmon Pie | ASMR

Ingredients (for 2 servings)
Salmon - 200g
Butter - 25g
Onion - 1/4
Bunch spinach - 1
Flour - 15g
Milk - 200g
Frozen pie sheets - 2
Egg yolk
How to make
1, Season salmon with salt, and cook in butter.
Cook the salmon slowly while adjusting the temperature to prevent the butter bubbles from disappearing, so the salmon will be fluffy.
2, Cut onion into thin slices and spinach into 3cm lengths.
Add the onion to the butter after cooking the salmon until softened, then add the spinach and heat through further.
3, Turn off the heat once, add flour and mix until powdery, then add milk little by little to spread.
Bring to a boil and let it thicken slightly before adding the sauce is complete.
4, Spread the cooled sauce on the frozen pie sheet and place the salmon on top.
Cover the surrounding area with more sauce, and then place the pie sheet on top of the sauce and stick firmly together.
5, Brush with egg yolk, cut a slit in it, and bake in the oven at 220℃ for 15 minutes to complete the dish.
