This is such a cool reference, but I wish the stats on the sword were a bit better. Right now, it's worse than the Obsidian Edge (guaranteed weapon 10 floors earlier than the earliest possible way to get Meowmere). At least you can put its appearance over your preferred weapon at the forge.
The joja cola is how you get the junimo pet. If you talk to the dryad with a joja cola, she can purify it and give you a star drop! The blue chicken can be obtained from the traveling merchant.

Some bonus facts about these quests: The gem and pedistool is called a Pylon, you could use these to travel to other pylons you buy from NPC's if they're happy enough. The original Meowmere is a drop from the final boss, the Moon Lord, and it originally sent rainbow trailed cats flying everywhere.

The reference is perfect because in Terraria, in order to unlock Hardmode (the second half of the game) you need to sacrifice your Guide by throwing his voodoo doll on lava while in hell.
And in terraria they added a joja cola you can fish and when you give it to dryad you'll get the stardrop and when you equipe it you'll get a cute little junimo following you around :3 its so cute!
@@FoxGameCZ yeah it's the endgame sword crafted from various swords from different stages of progression in the game, it's the highest damaging weapon in the game and it literally covers your entire screen (you just place the mouse where you want it to slash)
Thanks for the info :). I keep getting those dolls from treasure totem (I think that's the name of it) finds and had no idea what to do with them. I gave one or two to the wizard but got rid the the rest. Good thing I still have a totem (though I know I can make more) to try to get another. Come to think of it, the iirc, the Wizard says something that might be a hint when you give one to him. For the people who haven't played terraria before and are confused: -play it babe you'll love it -the reason why you throw an ancient doll into the lava is because it's similar to how you summon the wall of flesh in terraria, which is a boss that requires you to sacrifice a particular npc -the faraway stone that you put in the base with branches in the wizard's backroom is the forest pylon in terraria -the meowmere is one of the strongest endgame weapon in terraria -the snake that comes out of the lava is an enemy in terraria -and idk if i missed any other reference tbh

The company that used to publish Stardew Valley used to develop a game that was basically Terraria but in space, and was acknoledged as heavily inspired by Terraria. During the development some shady stuff happened in the background that saw, amongst its consequences, Concerned Ape cutting ties with said publisher. And now, finally closing the loop, there's a Terraria Easter Egg in Stardew.
There is a stardew valley easter egg in terraria. If you fish up a jojo can and show it to the dryad, she opens a portal, and a spirit gives you a star fruit pet item
