Is it weird that sugar makes me feel like I am high on drugs? I have noticed that some sweets - mostly white chocolate - can make me feel a sort of warm shiver, followed by absolute relaxation and exhilaration. It feels exactly as I would imagine a heroin rush to feel like, although of course not as extreme as actual heroin.

Wow!😲😞 I am so glad I looked up how sugar affects the body. Very serious. Now, I have more insight to what I have been putting in my body.🤔😯 I've got to start saying no to the sweets.😔
Keep it up girl. We should stop eating sugar and take care of our bodies

You can eat sugar, but only a little bit :3 I've been eating a little amount of white sugar for months and I'm feeling good!
Yeah, I'm plant based for past 20 years, I don't eat much fatty food, but I eat a whole load of sugary stuff, chocolates, sweets - I basically don't care what I eat but I try and keep to 2500 calories a day, and I'm pretty good at estimating calories with no effort - I've never had any issues, in fact I'm the only thin one in a family of obese people, the whole of my family is on diabetes meds and I'm just banging away the sugar no problems! Haha. The secret is DON'T GET FAT.
@StatikTiger But you know what contains more fat? Yep, fat.
@@neoepicurean3772 Just because you are thin doesn’t mean you are healthy. I’m also the skinniest one in my family but recently found out I have a fatty liver.
very good video!
It's 09:20am and I've already had a pack of sweets.. I'm so bad when it comes to sugar. Sigh
F-roo-c-tose

You can say it both ways. Both fruck-tose and frook-tose are correct but it's always gloo-cose.

Fructose and Sucrose are not the same, and they do not affect the body in the same way.
Sugar is half fructose and half glucose
So how do you separate the 2?
Their molecular structure
