@@ResinObsession Love this style of bead. Thinking about buying your molds not sure about buying how that works on Etsy I do not trust Etsy and I'm not sure or even clear about your molds I'm a bank just the molds do I get all these pieces with it if so many questions and I don't know how to get in touch with you
@@ResinObsession I will absolutely buy from that collection. I have one more question for you the inks that you were putting into the molds could you give me a list of the colors those are the ones I want to purchase and the molds of course
I used the Resin Obsession super clear resin. It cures hard like glass. You can get it in our store here: shop.resinobsession.com/products/resin-obsession-super-clear-resin-for-jewelry
They do sell the grommets on the RO website - check under Findings - and I think you just glue them in. There's another euro-style bead video that shows how they do the whole process: ruclips.net/video/4JFoSYcUFA0/видео.html
You can either use a drop or two of mixed resin to glue the grommets in or E6000 : shop.resinobsession.com/collections/tools-and-supplies/products/e-6000-epoxy-jewelry-adhesive
When I remove mine from the molds, they have a dip on top facing upwards (it was my first time with epoxy). Second time I left quite a lot over the mold, which isn't ideal but still got a dip. It's like the resin sinks in too much while curing. Is there anything that I can do to avoid this?
So i am new to Resin and I am looking through your website. Which product do you use when you are dropping several different (tints) to just the top area? Does that make sense? Not sure how to describe it.
Hi Tanya, it sounds like you are referring to the ICE resin tints. You can find them in our store here: shop.resinobsession.com/collections/liquid-colorants/products/ice-resin-color-tints-1
Video stopped before the end evwryone knows how to cast resin but this video needed to show us how you finished the product so do you have a video no 2 for the end ? I was watshing because I saw the end product but now this video did now show your last finishing so could you help please ? Thanks 💚
Hi! To finish these, you will want to glue the inserts to the beads. You can get the inserts here: shop.resinobsession.com/products/european-bead-grommets
Great video, have orders my mold form you. My question is how do I get the resin into the mold? I noticed you use a tooth pick ( stick) is that to open it enough to pour resin in? Thanks
Isn't that frustrating?! The only glitter I've been able to keep suspended is this glitter we sell in our store: shop.resinobsession.com/collections/powder-colorants/products/stampendous-micro-glitter
Hi Karma, I used these inserts: shop.resinobsession.com/products/european-bead-grommets and glued them in with this: shop.resinobsession.com/products/e-6000-epoxy-jewelry-adhesive-jewelry-finding-glue
Acrylic paints can sometimes keep resin from curing. I talk about that and more in this article: www.resinobsession.com/resin-resin-resin/how-to-color-clear-epoxy-resin/
Shouldn't it be called, 6 different ways to "color" resin beads? Because from the title there should be 6 ways to make a resin bead. But there's only one. I love that mold though. I need that in my life
We sell the mold in our store. You can find it here: shop.resinobsession.com/collections/molds/products/european-style-smooth-bead-reusable-clear-silicone-mold-1
You bet! I used the Resin Obsession super clear resin to make these. If you are careful in mixing, bubbles aren't a problem. You can get it in our store here: shop.resinobsession.com/collections/resin/resin-obsession
OMG ...... No way could that be so simple ........ I love it wish the video was longer
It can be. Promise. xx

You're welcome!
So cool!

Hello, I’m wondering if your beads cured as hard as plastic? Or was it still a bit soft or bendy due to such a small mold. Please reply
I used the Resin Obsession super clear resin. It cures hard like glass. You can get it in our store here: shop.resinobsession.com/products/resin-obsession-super-clear-resin-for-jewelry
How do you add the grommets and do you sell them as well? Nice video 😃
My question as well....great video. Thank you

It's normal for resin to shrink a bit while curing. You are going to have to overpour a smidge to accommodate for this.

Thank you for the straightforward and informative video. Ho w do you know which size grommets to use? thanks again
Unfortunately, there is no easy way to know. :/
Lovely, these could be used for pandora bracelets.
Yeah, or something tasteful..
Really cool. I would NEED a solution for the spillage though, bit OCD. But that's completely MY problem, lol. These give so much variety. Tyfs.😁🐾
I hate spillage too. If you know the soft cure demolding time of the resin you are using, demold at that time, then snap off the excess.

Can you do flower petals also with this
Yes, you can! You need to dry and seal them first. We have a few articles on how to do that here: www.resinobsession.com/tag/drying-flowers/
Hi my name is Raquel I live in Puerto Rico I lust ordered the mole for making beads do you have others or can you give me an idea with other mole
Hi Raquel, we have bead molds in our store here: shop.resinobsession.com/collections/molds/bead
Great video, have orders my mold form you. My question is how do I get the resin into the mold? I noticed you use a tooth pick ( stick) is that to open it enough to pour resin in? Thanks
Hi Lee Ann, by pouring the resin onto the toothpick while holding it over the mold opening, it can drip into the mold.
@@ResinObsession thank you.

No, it should be called whatever they want it to be called since it's their channel and not yours
Where did you get that mold?

no sanding? no bubbles? hmm.

Sanding is sometimes necessary, but when making these beads, I found I didn't need to.
