I bought two travel mugs 2 and I've had the lids changed numerous times on both mugs, they stop working after a while. Don't buy this crap, you'll end up with a travel mug without a lid.

@Big Mood Ember did replace the broken lids after I sent them emails each time but it's still a bummer having to go through that.
