iyou are right they smile in business class i think the job is hard and salary not much but anyway i like emirates more than lufthansa

I’ve had that too. But it goes for all airlines I’m afraid.
Thing is, we are human. We can’t be smiling EVERY SINGLE SECOND 😂. Yes greet passengers with a smile, but who knows.
I’ve had some great crews on flights with Emirates, and some not so good. But I’ve had worse on Virgin and United, so that’s saying something 😂.
