Kokushibo takes the win, even if it’s Tanjiro who battled Muzan. Kokushibo held off Gyomei, Sanemi, Muichiro and Genya without trying and Tanjiro needed everyone’s help to even have a semi-fair fight against 4th Drug Muzan. Also, Kokushibo should’ve regenerated his head.
tanjiro fought muzan alone for 13 minutes (if i'm not mistaken) a muzan weakened by tamayo's drugs but this muzan knocked down gyomei, obanai, tomioka, sanemi, zenitsu and inosuke, and tanjiro was still kind of tired from the fight with the akaza and it was still "poisoned" by muzan's blood, now imagine this tanjiro from the final battle 100% vs kokushibou, about the kokushibou regenerating the head, the kokushibou was only cut by red blades made from the impact but not by one made from its own physical strength that is more potent and he might not regenerate his head if he was cut by one of these (sorry for the long text 😅)

You know, I can easily imagine this being what a fight between Kokushibo and 13th form Tanjiro would be like in canon, the only thing missing is that the Upper moon would likely regenerate his head and enter his Monster form before ultimately dying. Either way, I’m impressed and I can tell that this must have taken a long time to make and I thank you for putting in the effort so we can see this! Now then, before anyone gets on my case and say that I’m an idiot and Kokushibo would blitz and one shot Tanjiro, there is something I want to point out. When Tanjiro fought drugged Muzan, not only was it a 2nd or 3rd drugged form of the Demon King, but it was the same drugged form who beat the combined might of 5 Marked Hashira at once, and since surviving a battle with an Upper moon alone gives a Demon Slayer 5 years worth of training, that means that the Hashira drugged Muzan beat were more powerful than the Giyu who Tanjiro believed to be a physical equal to Akaza (the Water Hashira ultimately losing because of the Upper moon 3’s infinite stamina and near instant regeneration), a Sanemi and Gyomei more powerful than the versions that impressed and pushed Kokushibo, a Marked Mitsuri stronger than the one Hantengu said was equal to his strongest clone and then we have a Marked Obanai. And despite being nerfed by broken bones, damaged internal organs and having Muzan’s poison in his system, 13th form Tanjiro was the only Demon Slayer who could fight this same Muzan head on (though he was overall inferior in stats, that I won’t argue) while Kokushibo was ultimately killed by 3 Marked Hashira and Demon form Genya working together. And yes, Kokushibo was holding back throughout most of the fight against the 4, he did ultimately go all out near the end and they held him off until the Upper moon 1 lost the motivation to fight. Overall, I think 13th form Tanjiro would win the battle with Extreme-Insane levels of difficulty, as Kokushibo would be motivated to go all out and his ability to regenerate his head and use his Monster form would draw out the battle so Tanjiro can’t potentially speed blitz and win, but the Kamado would have what he needs to win in my opinion.
