Howzit Simon, thank you for clarifying but all due respect to the harbour police etc, they applying different rules every time we out there so no idea whats true or false
@@WRFishing I know, they make their own rules. I had them do a check on my boat one evening around 23:00, never know when they are around. I will ask my club officer next time I see him about if I can go there.

15hp and under don't need skippers but you need to belong to a club and meet all Harbour / Transnet regulations etc.
