The big silver fish is called a Natal stomp nose. The Grey fish with those black lines coming down is a Galjoen it's our national fish in SA and yes very tasty

Correct it's a kzn thing but it is a Galjoen
Disgusting to keep those small fish.
Sorry you feel that way but those small fish you are seeing are black tail and they are huge for there species.
