I have a bachelors in Computers and Network Security A+ certified I have interviewed for many positions dealing with tier 1 and 2 help desk support and I always get passed over I’m lacking the work experience but I’m capable of doing the job with minimal training how do I get over this rut? Very frustrating!

You should go over the things you've missed/failed to answer during the interview. If the issue is not having experience using the ticketing system or customer service those are things you can learn. I have videos on all of those things. Also, I have many interview questions videos.

Thanks for the awesome feedback it’s hard to land a position with just a degree and certs I think what’s killing me is the actual OJT experience that company’s are looking for! It looks like I have to settle for entry level stuff but at the same time I think I can totally do better what are your thoughts? Also what positions do you recommend? I’m also about to take my sec+ exam as well

@@FBOMBTV Sure thing. With your education you should be qualified to work System Analyst, Sys Admin, Security and many other IT jobs in the future. Don't pass on entry level jobs but always look for better. I prefer working as on-site tech support because it's less stressful and you get to walk around and talk to people. You could possibly get a job like that.

How to recover archives emails lost outlook from old pc i saved all emails in folder then I turned on one drive my old files disappeared and can’t find them

On your old PC look for a file with extension of .PST. Copy to new computer and then add that Archive to Outlook.

Yes, it does require a O365 license. To install it you can go to office.com, login, then option to download will show up.

You just need to add the printer that was installing in Azure. But, should work from O365 programs directly. As long as Universal Print is installed/configured/enabled.
