Wow, this is so gorgeous. I’ve only done small quilt projects but love using scraps, this gives me so much inspiration to do more. Thanks for sharing your methods, I love watching you. 😊
This is going to be Awesome. My Mom was watching with me and I explained the process to her. At 84 yrs. old she has been sewing and painting and crafting for years. She's a natural. She forgets that others don't come by it naturally and need help on how to get to that final end. I have been very lucky to have her as a mother. She taught us many things (cooking, sewing, all kinds of arts and crafts) growing up. She always encouraged us to try new things and to not be afraid to try anything we wanted to. If they didn't work out, we were taught to turn it into something else or whatever as it was ours to make our own. She would gives us helpful suggestions on what we might want to try next time or we would explore that new craft together. Sometimes we would laugh together on the results and say "Hey I like this way better than the way we were supposed to do it". I have so many friends that their parents didn't want to take the time to show them or encourage them to try things. Or they would be pushed out of the way being told they (parent)could do it faster. THANK YOU for being like her to help encourage us to try new things and make them our own. :)
Wow!Lisa This is amazing - I am not yet prepared to do something like this but watching the videos is really awsome - Regards all the way from Bogota, Colombia!!!
This is just fabulous! You made it look so easy, I just might have to give it a try. Thanks Lisa for introducing these techniques to us and just for the record...you already know I could watch you quilt & sew all day!
Oh my goodness, Lisa. This is a beautiful work of art. I'm not making it. But it's a sheer joy to watch you create such beauty. You've been blessed with a wonderful gift. Have a Blessed Day, Lisa.
I want to make this quilt. Sadly I can't join in until after Christmas because I've committed myself to making my 4 grandchildren a quilt each for Christmas. I'm really excited to be joining in in January. I can't wait. In the mean time I will gather up my fabrics. You are so artistic. ❤️
This is so beautiful and inspiring. I really appreciate learning how to use all the different materials and yarns and threads. Thank you for taking the time to show us how you’re working on these quilts.
How awesome! Really enjoyed watching you work on both of these quilts. Very interesting to see the process and different techniques. Would love to give it a try but am really swamped with other sewing projects. Maybe after Christmas. Nice job! Thanks for sharing.
I sure am enjoying watching you create this masterpiece! I am not making one at this time but I am following along. You always amaze me on how you can create these wonderful pieces of art! ❤️❤️❤️
Lisa, are you able to wash this large quilt that you do on the long arm and make it a usable quilt? I'm loving it... and I have made all my previous art quilts usable. Mostly they have been baby quilts and completely finished on my Janome and Viking machines. I've only recently acquired my Gammill long arm
Great job! One problem....I'm subscribed and have the bell checked to receive notifications when you post a video but wasn't notified. Can you think of any reason why this is happening??? It has happened with other ones also. Has youTube done something different???? If you have any ideas please let me know as I don't like to miss your videos. Thank you.
I already have a long arm on my wishlist but after seeing the big version it went up at least 3 spots! Thank you!

Hi Cheryl, I am making this quilt as I film the series
Yes. This would be nice. So we could understand the process with a finished image in our mind.
