To those who still don't believe that world peace is possible, let me tell you, you may be right that we will never be able to overcome each individual's personal greed, evilness, jealousy or anger. It may be too idealistic to think that we can enlighten every human. BUT, that's not what we mean by world peace, we can at least work together so that there is no way people with greed or jealousy can form groups, get weapons, preach wrong or grow in power. ITS STILL POSSIBLE that we can make laws so strong, good education so reachable, population so justified, resources so accessible and leaders so inspiring that the crime count in the world will become minimal. When there is chaos, they will desire peace, but when there is peace, they will strive for chaos. I’m having a bit of existential crisis , I love the idea of world peace and I mean I want it to be possible. But my thing is, is right and wrong even a real thing? And if there is and my right and wrongs are different to urs how do we all agree what right and wrong is? And if someone does “wrong” and we punish them for that would that be “peace”? Or would that be a group punishing a minority all over again? This argument to me is more philosophical than anything really. I admire the sentiment. However, wars are not being waged by disadvantaged countries but by countries that want to improve their economic trade advantages. Of course, there is the occasional rebellion by the oppressed, but this is not the norm for wars these days. Don't give up... world peace is worth investing more brain power. Can you imagine how much better life would be without continuous war?
