      I agree... I too works in Day and Night shift... 12 hours work, 3 hours transportation... It's very difficult to manage... I have joined gym, taking supplements, zero junk foods but no results...
      Pls pls make one video for us ..

    I've stopped exercising at the age of 25, due to a tendon/muscle tear in my right shoulder. I've lost the body shape since then and my muscles have shrinked but, my mind is never giving up.     I am a big admirer of jeet salal and agree with most of his advice. But garlic should be avoided for daily use..bcz garlic is a very strong nerve stimulant and stimulants should never ever be taken on daily basis
