What if Orca hadn’t challenged Coral so early? What if Moonwatcher could only read minds/ only see the future? What if the Breath of Evil only got to Cottonmouth? What if Clay’s egg had been replaced with Glory’s and there was a SkyWing but not a mud wing? What if Tsunami and Indigo had switched places? And maybe design a seawing Rainwing hybrid!

Dang! That was dark!
I can honestly see Orca doing that if she won the throne. She did enchant a statue of herself to get rid of all of Coral's heirs.
P sure she also intended to kill all her own heirs specifically. It was to curse Coral if she was killed, or ensure her own lack of daughters (and future challengers)
Realising that both Tsunami and Sunny could have been animus dragons.
Aswell as Sunny and Starflight could have had very powerful mind reading and prophecy powers . What a shame

Sadly sunny couldn’t have been, animas dragons skip a generation so since it was her father and not her grandfather it’s not possible. Also since she’s only half nightwing it’s very possible that she can’t have had nightwing powers. If she ever has dragonets tho, and if their with a nightwing- pfft hello darkstalker.

I love how you actually killed off THREE of the main characters!!!! Most people arnt brave enough to kill even one! But also i love how you kept two of the dragonets alive!!!! Leaving them to question what happened and potentially continue moving the story forward!!!! So cool‼️‼️

I kept expecting a twist, since Glory technically doesn't count as a dragnet. On top of that the prophecy isn't real to begin with. This was so sad!

This was wildly different from dogloverlovesdoge's! it was a delightful twist with the ending being the right amount of dark ^^ I also adore your Orca design! having seawing coats represent their corresponding animal is such a great design choice I love it!

I love your style of Orca! In the books Orca is just plain green like her father, so and so, and barely any detail. BUT THIS IS WONDERFUL! She has darker colours then most dragons, that makes her Unique and the little details like splotches on her, even though they might be small, I adore. Keep up the good work!

Please do what if Clay's sibs were all raised under the mountian! it makes sense because Asha would have known how important it is to not split up the sibs.
I can see Orca as a strong leader as a Queen, but not to say the other female eggs or siblings. And i see Orca as loving to her sons, and to murder her daughters for the throne.

I will say... That was VERY unexpected. But I loved it. I like how you kept sunny and clay alive. But I audibly gasped when glory died. I now want you to write a dragon book of some kind. THAT WAS INSANE I loved it so much xD ✨
Well that escalated quickly. Definitely an interesting route to take though! Love your Orca design!
A few suggestions:
What if Glory was an animus? (It’s briefly mentioned in THK that she used to read about animi, hoping she was one, so what if she was?)
What if Fathom killed Albatross earlier in the massacre?
Alternatively, what if Fathom actually took the credit for killing Albatross, instead of claiming it was Indigo?
What if the RainWings kept the traditional monarchy? (As in they never started “taking turns” on the throne)
What if the LeafWings actually did poison Queen Wasp? (Or just “What if Hawthorn never found the Breath of Evil, and it just died out?”)
What if Cricket could be controlled?
What if Sapphire was never maimed? (Say, if Albatross realized what was happening and told the shell to stop, or he only said “bite her” instead of “bite all her claws off”)
Or, what if Lagoon was maimed instead of Sapphire?
I have now gone back and watched every single what if episode in your series in one sitting

Awesome video! I was waiting for a What If episode of yours that's about Orca for so long and now that it's here it is clear that you did an amazing job once again. Orca is a fascinating character whose calculating nature you have depicted very well. You really did her character justice.

If your wondering about dogsloverlikesdoge, their story was more about Orca winning the battle (she never used animus magic) and other parts were just saying she was a horrible queen being already insane, Tsunami and Anemone never being born, Orca being open to show she had animus magic, stuff like that. Cyprus' is more manipulative while dogs' is more evil.

I loved this so much. This was so good. I feel like this one could use a great continuation because now Clay and Sunny might try to find a new Seawing, Skywing (or Rainwing), and Nightwing. (I would assume they would do this since they are the two who believed him the prophecy the most)
Edit: I doubt tsunami would exist though since the wiki says she is 8 years younger than orca. Tsunami was born in 5005 and orca was born in 4997. Maybe Tsunami would be orca’s daughter instead

@@TheDutchDinooo there is a website called wings of fire wiki, and it has a ton of info on the series (let’s say I went to Clay’s page on the website, it would give me his birth year in the series and his age) you can check it out if you want. It’s very accurate to the series (it has citations for the book or statements from the author). 😃

I love the idea of Orca not only doing this to keep her throne, even though Tsunami mostly likely would not have challenged her, but also making herself look good so the seawings would be more trusting and obedient towards Orca.
We need a part 2 of this!!! I’m so obsessed with this story, it’s awesome! I have a feeling that part 2 would start off throughout Turtle’s perspective, with everyone not knowing that he’s an animus. But then he finds out what Orca did to Tsunami, furious and fearful of his sister, (orca.) he then plots against Orca secretly, and then Orca and Turtle duel at the beach that Anemone and Turtle dueled in book 9 (ANIMUS DUEL!!!) the fight is brutal and not the same as the duel in book 9, but Turtle wins anyways.
I also have a feeling that Orca would continue to loose her soul during this part 2 using her magic too much for her tribe, and would slowly grow more and more corrupt to the seawings, causing a rebellion of SeaWings.
After Turtle wins, (maybe Anemone) would suddenly appear and then take her place as queen. (In this, Anemone is not an animus because the SeaWing animus test never happened yet.) and then when Anemone becomes queen of the SeaWings, peace is finally back and Turtle meets the remaining dragonets of destiny, and chooses to join them as a SeaWing. (Even though Turtle wasn’t born on the brightest night, the dragonets of destiny were at their worst stake and decided to let him join as a SeaWing anyways because of what society would think of them without the rest of the dragonets.
Another idea: maybe Turtle is the leader of this secret rebellion? (Idk lol)
idk I just had this idea in my mind, but I do think it is a very great idea for a possible part 2!
