It’s less conditional than Phantazmaye, but you do have to play the Fire Attacker as a brick. The package is 3x Impulse, 1x Fire Attacker. With Impulse in hand: When your Opponent activates a monster eff on field, as C2 you chain Impulse tributing from hand to SS attacker. Attacker lets you draw 2 and discard 1 when your opponent adds a card to hand (except by drawing). Ideally you chain it to a monster effect that searches and in the same chain you use impulse. On Resolution, Attacker will let you draw 2 and discard 1. This way, you can draw Furniture pieces and send any drawn Transaction Rollback, The Black Goat Laughs, and Keldo/Mudora.
ddg took me pretty far during the Niagara regionals. two of my match ups were against dark world and tear- so games 2/3 were absolutely washes for them. moving forward i would keep it in the side
The main reason is consistency > power. Shavara isn’t the worst draw but Escape is horrible to draw going 2nd. It makes your deck stronger under an ash blossom, but weaker to every other HT. Funnily enough, Unchained makes the deck lose to cards it’s not supposed to such as Nib. In particular, this is pretty bad in PHNI format as we’ll see the rise of nib. It’s a good build in an uninterrupted scenario, but personally I would rather be able to play most of the time and not lose to bricking.
I’m testing the Unchained Build more. It’s better than I expected initially and I am siding out Escape going 2nd. Inherently some traps will have to be cut, not sure how I can fit The Black Goat Laughs in the Unchained build but it fits in more smoothly in pure. I’ll likely include the Unchained combos in my Lab tutorial.
Are we talking post PHNI or currently? Some of the most effective cards are in the side like: Different Dimension Ground, Magic Deflector, Belle, Droll. Nib is good vs them post PHNI but not currently. Ash is good vs them and so is IDP as well.
@@sinistergaming_tcg people are saying they MIGHT come back after firekings are hit....but big welcome has been on the radar....i've done well with all decks BUT snakeeyes and fireking
consistency > power, love this build, you should make a combo video about it! i would love bro
Awesome! Some test hands please? Best 3-card combos
Sure, I can cook something up.
Can you explain how the rescue ace fire attacker package works? Is it similar to phantazmay?

@@sinistergaming_tcg I incorrectly got 3 copies of air lifter instead of impulse 😓 you’re help has been greatly appreciated

Unchained version way better
I play a labrynth deck in Master Duel, but would you also include Lava Golem in your main deck as a form of board breaker?
You could if you’re running into issues of not seeing handtraps.
can you do a video covering what to hit in certain matchups?
What do you find yourself struggling with matchup wise?
Def need some gameplay 😢
Why no field spell ,i think its clutch
Is Different Dimension Ground worth playing in the main deck this format?
I’d only do that with more arias. Decks like chimera fill their gy turn 1, drawing/setting ddg later never worked out for me..
ddg took me pretty far during the Niagara regionals. two of my match ups were against dark world and tear- so games 2/3 were absolutely washes for them. moving forward i would keep it in the side
For locals, no. I might main it for a regional or ycs though. Post PHNI only, as we’ll see much more fire representation.
What specific match ups is dweller good against?
Fire king and Tearlaments mainly. I have used it against rogue like Phantom Knights as well.
1st place at what? Locals, box tourney, case tourney or regional?
A few first place locals and two second place box tourneys. Might take this to a 3v3 case tourney, but the list will change slightly post PHNI.
@@sinistergaming_tcg nice I’m def gonna use your build to learn the deck more
can you please do another deck update with black goat laughs.
It’s in the works!
@@sinistergaming_tcg i cannnnt wait. Please tell me how many do run in main/side

Do you really need hand traps in deck like this and dinomorphia bro??
You can play a heavier trap build w/ more Arias and Traptrick and side Ash and Nib, but Imperm is particularly good this format.
What are your recommendations to play against fire king-snake eye?
Like what cards

I beat this deck with a 2015 yugioh deck in 4 turns, and saved the replay

@@VDuelist I didn't spam?
R.I.P. labrynth lol 0 appearances in TCG and OCG for the foreseeable future.
Not too far from the truth. This wouldn’t be my primary choice for large events right now. That just means the deck is relatively safe from hits.
