I’m 14 and it’s my first year as a freshmen in high school. In middle school I was severely depressed( diagnosed) developed anxiety ( diagnosed) and ADHD also diagnosed. I was quiet had 1 or 2 close friends and i was in a friend group that didn’t care and didn’t motivate me to do anything. Over the summer I studied 1 hour every Monday and started learning how to cope with my anxiety and adhd as well as starting to take medication. I also am getting out of my comfort zone and talking to people giving compliments when I can. I have always been a fitness guy and have been working out since I was 9 now I’m hanging out with people who also lift and are determined to succeed in life. Just want to thank you for pushing me when no one was and as a man nobody cares about your problems it’s just you vs you.
Keep on watching this channel I first watch this channel when I was 13 now I am 19 an it helped me with everything i have to know in your teens boost my confidence make me look more attractive and help me with my crush in school 😅❤

Leave the medication and stop believing that you are actually diagnosed, believing you are diagnosed and on top of that, taking medication, this will be who you believe you are, no one that young should be taking mind altering drugs that nobody really knows the science behind because of how complex the system of the mind is

Hey. I like your videos but, I have some things to say.
1- About the perfect sleep you didnt say the most important. Have room temperature around 18 - 20 degreese Celsius. Also ventilate the air in the room right before going to bed.
2- Here in the glorius czech school system (it sucks) you need to take notes very fast while the teacher is talking. They will not write almost anything or say to you what you need to remember. You will expirience this in 80% of the time.
3- Also I like the idea of studying less time per day, but still it will take at least 2 hours to "learn" some nonsense that occupies 10 A4 pages, where text is writen in 12 font size.

Something a lot of people missed is that he is imbedding these tips in how he makes the video - speaking with energy and passion automatically engages and makes people agree, also talking about different things people want - physique grades friends etc and this reduces generalisation and relates to more people individually, so it’s kinda proof these tips work if you’re engaged with the video.
