your transmission worked good after i suddenly am having problems with my 04 sx 2.0 sport automatic transmission was working and shifting fine added a tiny bit of fluid because dip stick was registering a little low, wondering if my sensor went hoping not the transmission. currently it goes into drive or 1st gear but won't switch into 2nd gear reverse works
great video about to do one my self! although i would have liked to see the solenoid pack off before you put the new one on!

You didn't have to remove those cooling lines.
Hey there, I’m curious what your issue was for having to swap this? All my gears work but reverse doesn’t engage so I’m trying to narrow it down before replacing parts. Thanks!
Yeah I was only using a few years and had codes, check with obd2 scan tool.

When you changed the solenoid, did you put any silicon or just like that
No need for silicone just the paper gasket. Try to install it dry. I don't think it matters if its not dry tho as long as the surfaces are clean.
do I change the relay transmission shifter will it fix it
