Our history starts from Indus valley civilization i.e. 5000 years ago and we study about each and every empire with life study of some prominent leader of the empire. Dravidian languages are not completely different from the north Indian languages. I speak Kannada and some of the words that I use have Sanskrit origin. Some of the words are actually pretty similar to Hindi too. I would say Tamil is the least influenced by north Indian languages.

And as a part of the world we cant ignore terrorism saying "it never going to affect us " ...And the 9,11 in world trade center is a result of ignorance. Even after that USA started to realize that terrorism is not a threat to some specific country or religion but a threat to humanity.
But however some countries don't understand it and are funding these non humanitarian organisation.
India is trying it's hard to stand as a barrier against these practices with its friend nations.

Dravidian languages are not completely different from the north Indian languages. I speak Kannada and some of the words that I use have Sanskrit origin. Some of the words are actually pretty similar to Hindi too. I would say Tamil is the least influenced by north Indian languages.
