Join us as we Run Through Alton Towers 2024!
in this video both me and Hollie Run Through Alton Towers for what will be our final Alton Towers Vlog of 2024. The Alton Towers Run event is the final event of the season with a full ride offering! In this Video we take you along for the run with Ben on the 10k and Hollie in the junior race! The Alton Towers Run course is such a fun course to run running past all of our favourite rides and rollercoasters including The Smiler, Curse At Alton Manor Wicker Man and Nemesis Reborn! This year Alton Towers treated us to a special look into the Project Oceon Construction site and lets us run straight through and underneath the concrete walkthrough! Once we had both finished our run we went on all of our favourite Alton Towers Rides and it was extra special as there were hardly any queues with most rides advertised at 5-10 minutes!

Done the 10k 3 out of 4 years now. Every time has been great. As you say the feeling of running past the rides is unreal.
Quite a difficult route as its very twisty and then has some sneaky hills.
The ride availability was excellent I thought. Wickerman night ride with my lad. Plus multiple minetrain night rides to finish.

It really is a great event. Not an easy run but great fun running around all of the rides. Ride availability was far better this year than last year for sure! Great to see. I just hope they don’t advertise it as such like they did for last years event 🤣

I remember being stung by the Galactica gate last year at Run Alton Towers too as we always plan to leave via that exit but we did end up beside Mo Farah in the monorail queue!

It was actually Hollie’s friend Maddison’s Birthday. Hollie’s is in January ☺️ We did have a lot of fun than you. We are already counting down the days Dori the 2025 season! We cannot wait ❤️

I do love how Alton Towers does a run event.
Crazy how you ran under Project Ocean, must mean main construction is done and only the ride software remains doing.
56 minutes is very good for a 10K as well Hollie and Carter did amazing, especially at such a young age.
Crazy how quiet it is, especially for how much they prepared with all those portaloos 😂.

Felt very privileged to be able to run through Project Ocean (even though I didn’t realise at the time) 😂
I was happy with my time especially as I hadn’t really trained for the event. Hollie, Maddison and Carter did do very well I was very proud of them ❤️
Yes such a shame about Merlin Magic Making. A terrible time of year to lose your job. Fingers crossed for them all that they find something quickly 🙏🏻

i love your alton towers vids they are the best i might do that run some time tho even tho im bad at running i think it would be fun running past the rides and looking at them and obviously riding the after

Thank you so much mate! Yes you should definitely give it a go. There are people of all abilities taking part. You don’t have to run the entire course if you don’t want. You can walk in stages ☺️

Exactly this mate! I was so tired too as it was around the 8k mark I just ran straight through without even realising 🙃

Yo how did you like sign up for the run? the night queues are unbelievably short! (and plus the run looks real cool as well ngl) Did you book an ordinary ticket or was it something different?
Thank you for watching. It is a bit out event by Run Through UK. You can buy tickets directly through their website. It was £45 for the run and £24 for spectators ☺️ Well worth it for the low queues for sure. However it did feel busier on the Sunday.
