I would give her a try for sure. The whole part of keeping the table off on your turn makes it so fun for combat tricks and playing the lords you want out to close the game. :)
I thought the same when building but honestly when I have played her it seemed a bit win more. She gets so out of control so fast I found I didnt really need them.
