LEARN AMERICAN FOOTBALL : THE FIELD

American football is a game that’s just as much about gaining territory as it is about scoring points. When the two teams are on the football field, they battle for every inch it takes to move the ball down the field.
Some football fields are covered in natural grass and set in an outdoor, open-air stadiums and some fields are covered in artificial turf and enclosed indoors inside in a dome.
The football field is also referred to as a “gridiron” because of it’s similarity in appearance to an actual gridiron.

thanks for the great videos. just wanted to point out a small correction, at 1:38 you mentioned the length of the field, but I think you forgot to add the endzones to the meters conversion. 100 yards is 91.4 meters, 120 yards would be closer to 109.7 meters. Just in case any non-Americans out there were confused. cheers!

I didn't know Giants Stadium was a closed dome stadium. The uploader should do more research.
