In it’s earliest versions, football had almost no rules. Players would do whatever they could to get the ball to the goal line.
But, over time, as football started getting more popular, rules were added and refined.Things like the line of scrimmage, the four-downs concept and of course, the forward pass were all added as football evolved into the ultimate team sport that it is today

Thank you for support and encouragement. I'm not a fan of those sports. I made this series because I've made friends in the US that are not originally from the US. They enjoy the games but were frustrated because they did not know the rules and regulations of the game.

Yeah, I think he probably found the combined value of the players rather than the market capitalisation of the club. ManU are at 3.3 bn as of today. Not that it really matters at all.
