You are THE BEST! I've tried numerous times following the Owners Manual for my 2022 Ridgeline with no success. THANK YOU! Your instructions are easy to follow and they work! FOLLOWING!
I did everything right per thulis video and owners manual, it didn't work on the first 2 buttons but it worked on the third botton, so if anyone out there is frustrated trying to make it work, try programming all 3 buttons.
Thanks for the video. This method does not work with my recently purchased (Nov 11, 2021) Chamberlain Model B6713T garage door opener. I have 2019 Honda Ridgeline. I will be calling Chamberlain's help line tomorrow. Bummer
The other option would be go to the garage door opener unit itself and open the control panel. Preferably park under it and press the learn button on the garage door unit. It should start blinking during that time go inside and program the Honda. That would be my next step if this way didn’t work.
@@YuriyMotso Ok cool. My my wife’s Passport with 29K miles requires for service B127. Didn’t want to pay the dealer $150 for something I could probably do myself, but didn’t want to make a mistake doing so either.. Thanks
I have a new 2023 Honda Ridgeline Black edition and was wondering what the 3 buttons were on the bottom of the rear view mirror. Took me like 1 1/2 hours to figure how to program my truck to my 2012 Genie Model: 3022 Chainmax 1000 garage door opener. The truck owners manual is only 595 pages. I didn’t find much in the Honda owner’s manual and just a small paragraph in the Genie manual. I found that my Genie opener and Honda are compatible with “Homelink” technology. I finally found my answer in the “HomeLink” document. My setup required an extra step because my Genie opener uses I choose to use mirror button ONE. - Hold button ONE on the mirror and the 3rd button down on the Genie remote until the indicator in the mirror begins to fast flash. - Go the Genie motor and press the [Learn, smart, or program] button until the LED lights up. - Then go very quickly to the vehicle and press button 1 on the mirror 3 times. - BAM, IT WORKS NOW.
I just picked up a 2019 RL Touring (Canada). Have you tried to change out the T5 bulbs for the center console and glove box? I just ordered some and waiting to tackle that. Thanks for all your vids, I'm doing the led signal strip and the interior lights exactly like yours too. Much appreciated for the inspiration.
I plan to do a full interior light change. Planning on taking the over head light apart and seeing it the light can be modified because Atleast on my rtle the over head light for the front seats over the console are absolutely terrible still. Can’t see anything. Luckily the rear lights help a lot to compensate for lack of lighting from the front.
@@YuriyMotso nice! yah i dont really like that soft white door light but havent had the chance to figure out if that opens up. I tried a little with a pry tool but the whole console thing started to move..

Beautifully simple. Thank you so much for sharing this instruction video.
Informative video! Just got my Ridgeline, I’m content that it comes with these!
Straight to the point! Thank you dude!
Thanks for getting this set up babe. Hated the remote.
Awesome video. To the point. Thanks it worked!
Very helpful. Thanks for making this quick and easy vid!
Thank you.
Thanks, works perfectly!
Thanks good review.

Thank you!!! I couldn’t get mine to program. The instructions don’t say anything about clearing codes before programing (in the owners manual).
I kept forgetting to set mine up all this time. Didn’t know it was that easy. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks

Same problem here with my Chamberlain remote. I’ll try his suggestion of the learn button on the opener
Hey Yuriy, do you have a video or a link on how to do a break fluid flush service?
Not yet. I do plan on making one eventually. I plan on replacing the rotors and breaks soon so maybe then I may consider adding a brake flush service.

I hate that it’s just a mimic not a remote!

Thanks it worked for me
This isn't right if you have a door opener unit with a rolling code.
Thanks!
Good tip. I need to set this up tomorrow!
Gracias a Dios por todo ☺️
THANKS!
Thanks for the tip.
This worked great on my 2017 Ridgeline. Thank you!
Fantastic explanation, thank you!

Once it's been successfully programmed does the garage remote have to remain in the vehicle ?
No
