At times, it is so loud you almost have to yell at the person sitting across from you when having a conversation.

And working by choice and not necessity is a whole different story. One thing about the annoying auto-tipping is make sure you notice it tagged on. One time I got hit with a 20% auto tip without noticing and added another 18% as my usual. Of course the waitress said nothing when checking me out. My wife was wondering why the bill was so high and looked at the receipt, but caught it after the fact. I need to learn how to read apparently.
