Hey Marc, I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your expertise and knowledge when it comes to RC painting. I have yet to paint my own body, but have picked up so many wonderful tips watching your videos! Do you have any other channel recommendations that I should be watching / following. Keep up the great work!
Thank you so much! I am glad they have helped. I am unsure of any RUclips channels, but I am on a group on FB called "RC Paint Chat" and its a great place to learn from
So sorry for my late reply. I think I would just use black/white markets. Maybe silver (for the black), but use the white markers where the black will go, and then the black markers where the white paint will go. Good luck!
Great vid. That is hot design right now with in the rc body paint world. So your using a mix of transparent and opaque colors other then our white backer?
Can you do the same with flip colour paint ? As with flip paint it needs black backing so would the hide the maker lines. Or would you do the marker lines in say white ?
If its a lighter color flip change, I think black and white would be fine. The black is to back the color flip, so you should be fine to see the black markers as long as the main color isn't too dark
Happy to help, and yes sir, that's my bad. Didn't realize until it was too late. I will do another one soon. This style is getting super popular, so I am sure I will be doing more soon
Hi love the cartoon effect but I thought u couldn’t use acrylic paint on a lexan body as u used acrylic markers so are these fine to use with no issues thanks
Gday from Israel. What paint do you use? I can only get pro line paint in Israel and I am not happy with it. What paint do you recomend? Great video. Thanks.
Greeting from the US Cass! Proline is usually pretty good, but here in the USA, I bet 75% of my paint is Createx. Or Vallejo is readily available overseas, so that might be the best way to go. Wicked line by createx is great too.
Thanks for sharing your methods of painting. The body came out real nice. 👍

Thanks for sharing how this is done. One suggestion. Please point the camera down a bit so we can see more of what you're doing. Otherwise awesome!

great job fella but id have to wear a mask of some sort
Absolutely have to! When doing these videos, I usually don't wear one
"I'm gonna try to stay out of the way"
[Is visible in every second if video wearing a black shirt to hide all detail of black marker on a clear body.]
Use your mask please
more camera on the rc body and less on your face ;o]
no offence
