He isn’t a good defender. He’s what I like to call a defensive playmaker. He either forces a turnover, gets a block, or he gets beat. Curry and harden are similar. They can make plays on defense but they can’t have a culmination of possessions would good defense.

Rap is correct. Just because you get steals doesn’t mean you are a lockdown defender. The reason why Iverson was able to rack up so many steals is their defensive game plan allowed him to gamble more because Mutombo was behind him when his player would get around him and it it would happen.
