That's not the reason exactly. She has done more films back to back in Telugu as compared to Tamil. In Tamil, she barely done around 6-7 films in a span of 10 yrs. Definitely she won't be able to speak Tamil without constant touch with Tamil. However, Tamil definitely can be learnt and spoken by north indians although it might take lil bit of time varying from person to person😌
