I and my mates got our jackets autographed by the members when they saw us killing time looking at some products on display in the sore before the concerts began. I remember they were very nice friendly unpretentious guys!

The composers of Mario Kart's OST were most definitely directly influenced by Casiopea, as I'm pretty sure most Japanese video game music was, and still is!

A LOT of SEGA games features this fusion-esque soundtrack. Thunder Blade, Shinobi, Monaco GP, Galaxy Force, Thunder Blade, etc.
The guitarist Issei Noro actually briefly worked with the Sega sound team band as a guest musician and producer.
Is this all live or is there post production like many modern bands do (Yes for example)? The sound quality and performance is amazing.
