Thanks for the info. For a workout We must follow the same order? (1° weighted pull ups 2° high pull ups and then 3° band muscle ups?) or inverse? thanks in advance
How many pullup reps should you be able to do before starting with weights? 8x3? 10x3?:) I am currently on almost 7x3 and want to achieve my first muscle up next year (don't think I will get it this year but maybe Q1 2023 😊 Would be my dream)
In my experience it depends according to how your body feels, I started with weighted pull-ups when I reached a specific number of 4 sets of 12 pull ups in a row. I took 2 minutes rest and because of the way I organized my exercies (strength and technique first) I decided to incorporate sets of one rep max of pull-ups. I am currently stuck in a 75 pounds pull up, sometimes 2 depending on how I feel that day. So from my experience I would say that when you reach around 4-5 sets of 12 pull-ups (hyperthrophy range) you're good to go with weighted and use a weight that lets you work strength in this case, around 5 reps and go from there
Hi bro! I started doing weighted pulls when I could do 8-9 pull ups in a row with perfect form. Obviously start super light (I started with 4 kilos) and then gradually start adding weight (take it slow). After doing this, I started to really get comfortable doing pull ups :)
@@emmanuelbenitez9628 thanks mate appreciated! I will try ;) I had to fully restart in February with 4,2,2 pullups and came to 7,7,6 now so I am trying my best 😊 I am looking forward for weighted pull ups haha. Gl for your future gains!

No of course not. It’s not a workout order, it’s the order in your training over time. Please don’t confuse this
Do you have a video like this but for the front lever?
Yes. Check the latest videos.
Do you think Lsit pull ups will help explosive strenght? Even though it is a completely different exercise than regular explosive pullups?
If you do them explosive, then yes.
I'm always wondering about the bottom part where your arms are fully straight
should you arch a bit
or stay in that hollow shape?
cheers mate
A bit hollow!
Hi micha!
Do you think that chin up's weighted can help me to achieve the muscle up?
Probably almost exactly the same as weighted pull ups
@@MichaSchulz thank you very much!

And btw, if you train hard (and smart and safe) starting now you WILL get your muscle up this year! 😄

Tutorial dips for beginners?
Available on the channel, one of the first videos
What are the requirments for muscle up I know 12 pull ups.
What about weighted?
There is a video about this on this channel. Pretty recently
@@MichaSchulz thanks
Nope, I feel that the tutorials that give you more exercises to do are probably better for the vast majority of people.
That is totally fine my man. 🤝
