There was a quote i read, i forget the exactly hownit goes but it was more so saying dont be nice as a form of being strategic but be nice as a way of life. Doing the right thing even when no one is looking. Same application. Just be nice and practice that as your way of living.:)

As a man,what I've learned about women is that you can't be too nice or too mean. You can't be a doormat because she won't respect you,and you can't be an a-hole because you'll scare her and push her away. You just have to find a nice balance!
