She did not tolerate any criticism, she had no connection with the ordinary people who brought her in power in 1996 through mass upsurge. She only tolerated the people who always praised her and oiled her whatever way they could, and she liked that too. She is solely responsible for taking the recent past unrest out of control by order the killings of hundreds of University ,College, and School going children because they raised a very legitimate issue. Instead of listening to them she let loose her mad dogs to attack the students , used her police and paramilitaries' to shoot and kill. She thought she could easily get away with that, But that has backfired on her before even she could realize that.
