OK...the 64 dollar question...do you run a keyseat cutter in the climb mode or convention cutting mode.

For me, it depends. For softer materials, I will usually climb cut it (it's faster). For harder materials, always conventional mill. I have found this keeps the cutter truier to the actual size, and you will get better tool life.
