I don’t think there’s any doubt or cause for concern about Ace’s welfare. He’s in fabulous condition. You can tell that he is very well cared for. And watching how gentle he is with Ivy, it’s obvious that he adores her, and that sort of bond only comes from being given the same adoration in return. I don’t think Ivy would ever let him go anywhere. He’s just magnificent. When you own horses, you might have several over the years, but there is always that one horse, that was made for you and holds a special place in your heart forever. I call them your heart horse. I definitely think Ace is Ivy’s ‘heart horse’. How lucky she is to have found him while she’s so young. And because of his size, she will never outgrow him. She will be able to love him for many many years.
@@Trainfor_Golden that's not always the case! My stallion was a American Saddlebred. He loved to jump, and was very competitive. We never bred him, but had him 24 years. He was just the best horse!👍
He looks great and in wonderful condition for 17 years old. It's my bet he'll live till 30 years old. He may not be able to jump in his later life but Ivy will love him no matter what. Ace loves her with his whole heart and soul. That's a gift that doesn't happen very often he's very special as Ivy is.❤

This horse looks level headed but please don't normalize putting children/junior riders on stallions. Obviously this guy is schoolmaster age but so many people glamorize owning stallions when they're often too much for many equestrians.
Stallions are like any other horse. With proper management, training, and socialization they act the same just with hormones. And stallions can be with other horses if socialized to them, especially geldings out to pasture together ❤️
So very gentle for a stallion, with the young lady, so good to see. She did good riding him over the jumps, the higher one was a little tuff on her but she did it. Lovely to watch, hope you have foals from him some days
I know a woman who has a gentle giant like Ace - getting close to 30 and still teaching kids and adults the ropes of riding/jumping. A horse we all hope we come across one day ❤
