I'm glad everyone reacted the same way to the lag spike
the past week i have had massive internet problems so when tha lag spike happened i though that my internet cut off and i panicked
My heart dropped when that happened especially since I somehow go in after a very long queue

Come to think of it, that was probably the live decryption system decrypting the event files
That little freeze right before the event started scared me so bad 😭 started yelling at my screen 💀

2:16 What’s cool is that from this point onwards they actually revamped the music, sounds more uplifting than the original (the piano section at the end is different too!)
I like to think that the Time Machine malfunctions not only messed up the event (besides the rocket and meteor glitching, there was 8 lasers instead of the normal 4 on the rocket) but it also messed up the music.

Honestly, I can't lie, for Fortnite's reputation on the events, this one was sick, especially the animations, incredible, I just wish it was longer, like we went into 3 'dimensions' and then it was done, I wish we had a bit more, but besides that, it was pretty sick
It wasn't good it was a whole ad and thr eminem concert was shit bc therr was only 2 songs

I wish it had more story, for example, kevin was over the zero point, the monster already escaped, and more, and they could have all interacted with eachother in an interesting way for this massive event, but instead we got like a minute of actual event (repeat of end event), and the rest is an ad. It was fun, but considering the amount of people on fortnite right now, more than ever before, they have no exuse for this.
@@notappletton I mean don't get me wrong, it could've been so so much better, like having a battle within the story between the monster, mech, ice king, etc, which is what i originally was hoping for, but like this event was still sick yk

Gotta love how epic just replays their old event and then just shows trailers for their next collabs instead of making something new
What's worse is that they released a trailer for the lego mode today and it literally was just the lego segment of the event.

Me queueing in for 2 hours, then being met by an AMAZING login ‘failure’ , then being welcomed by a 3 HOUR QUEUE while watching multiple RUclipsrs stream
