nice house nice tour though pricey
great tour and lots of information about the details. Love the extra ceiling heights - btw 'normal' housebuilder ceilings are 2.4m or a miserly 7'10" in old money - so the extra height does add enormously to the feel of the place - great that it has 4 really good sized bedrooms and a secret study upstairs. Just feel the kitchen layout is a bit 'odd'?? a middle island with the oven and fridge behind where you sit will soon feel awkward and impractical - otherwise great house, thanks
