My one pet hate about this house is having to go through the house to get to the kitchen. Obviously the architect has never had to push a pram through a house with a toddler in tow. A good starter home but for me scrap the garage and make the house larger. The garden garden oh my l hope Barratt didn't pay too much for that. Perhaps now they are taking over Redrow will show them style.
Love your tours! A little too much pink in the model for me. I remember when "dusty rose" was all the rage back in the 90's when we built our first home . . . I'm still traumatized by how much of it I put in that house!

Plus your thoughts on Zara and Peter becoming working Royals, thank you for your time, keep up the good work, l am now following your less salt regime, have lost a little weight, but feel so much better.
I wouldn't buy any property on this development, for two reasons I. The North/West Relief road will be VERY close by, when they get round to building it! II. Damp, this whole area is on Red clay, with Grey clay underneath - it was that bad they had to drive piles in double the depth they normally go before 'hitting' anything firm Drove me crazy when they built them as they are literally over the Welshpool road from my back garden, the noise and dust during the construction was dreadful
From the US. Lovely home, but I do not care for the staircase right as you walk in the door. It is very claustrophobic, and it will stay messy. Children, and to be fair some adults, tend to drop everything anywhere. I can already see a pile of shoes as no one is going to neatly place the shoes on a rack.
