What strategies do you use if there is no first-hand draft from the developer or if the feature has no SRS docs and you have to develop the content for a feature from scratch by looking at the code or acceptance criteria only?
Interview the engineers who built the feature and user-test it yourself
I am researching careers and would like to know the job titles that are for this field, this seems fun and interesting.Thank you
The ones I know of are Technical Writer, Documentation Engineer, and Information Developer. The folks on the r/technicalwriting subreddit might have more information for you :)
I want to ask this question, what is the impact of covid-19 in tech-writing field or, if yes, how long will it take go to smoothly again? Please answer it means a lot.
From what I can see, hiring has slowed down but might be picking back up. My experience is limited to the US though.. I have no insights about the impact in other countries.
Do you ever use or create any types of flowcharts in your job?
Umm..not really!
Your video is informative. I have one question. Is technical writing also used in Business? I asked you this question because I'm studying Bachelor's in business administration. Please tell me mam?
As far as I know, business writing is different than tech writing.
@@AmrutaRanade mam I thought it was same but I was wrong. Thank u for replying mam. Mam could you make some videos related to technical writing in business or business writing so, that I can enhance my writing skills.... Do u know the online sites where I can access for free and learn it?
