Thank you thank you thank you! I looked everywhere for the reset button and couldnt see it. Now I found it and it works perfectly again. First time its tripped in 2 years, only jammed once before and unstuck it from up top. Solid and quiet disposals for sure.

GX PRO Series 1/3 horsepower garbage disposal and it didn't have the HOLE you described. But, I looked for the horsepower label and under it was a recessed area, and in that area, a button to push! Holy smokes, it started right up! So, I cancelled my plumber and saved a ton of money. Love your video for the help!!

What a pointless button location...I bought mine nearly 2 years ago and couldn't find the owner's manual, so you saved me having to go buy a new one.

PS - the hole might be on the back if your 3/4 Moen disposal was installed facing the wrong way.

Thank you very much. So grateful for the video. This is the first time the disposal overload circuit tripped since I purchased several years ago and I could not find the reset switch. It had to be unjammed and is operating normal.

Omg, thank you so much! I've had a brand new Moen EX50C which was installed back in April. It quit. I've been looking for a "red button" from to time for about a month now. Decided to look it up. I wouldn't have known to stick an Alan wrench in the only hole found on it had I not watched this video. Thank goodness and thank you. Now my sink won't stink anymore
