Swedish Christmas lunch at Tyrol, 2nd December 2023

My husband and me usually go for a traditional Swedish Christmas dinner at a restaurant every year. This year we are changing our routine slightly as we meet up with some friends for a Christmas lunch at a restaurant called Tyrol on Djurgården here in Stockholm.
The buffet included several exotic foods that I have never tried before, like bear and beaver. So if you come to Stockholm as a tourist and you want to try everything from elk and reindeer to boar and deer to different kinds of fish here you can sample it all.
