Misha. Correction it was the rb26 powered supra that did the 198mph run in England. The V12 Supra was built in 2006 and unveiled in Jan 2007 at Tokyo Auto Salon. The V12 car ran at Nardo in Italy and has since been sold and belong to Trap Team in Miami
Built in 1998, the Supra’s RB26 was Twin Turbocharged and made 1003bhp. It was at the fastest 2WD car to 180mph in Japan at the time, doing so in 24.7 seconds. At the same time Top Secret also had an R33 GTR, modified to similar spec performance-wise, also making 1003bhp. That would at the time be the fastest car to reach 200mph from 0 at 23.99 seconds.
