    Nice!
    Try searing the fat first then maybe a stronger sear on each side before butter basting. Hope you enjoy.

    Couple tips, obviously you dont have to, i pat dry my steak, then oil the actual steak, instead of the pan, and then season. and #2 i always set it on fat side first for about 1 minute to let it render👊great looking steak btw bro

    I would not use the same spatula to press the uncooked and the sides of my steak. Other than that I like what I see.

    Should’ve used tongs. Whole point of placing the steak down away from you is to avoid the oil splashing on you… that flip splashed me
